Relatively fast delivery, sub par BMS, faulty battery cell in the pack and zero customer service.
Relatively fast delivery, quite OK ish quality of the components for a DIY home battery, except for the BMS which is rubbish. They advertise with 200A charge/discharge, the battery can handle 0.5C at 314ah which would be 157 and the BMS is limited in charging to 100 amps and discharging it blows right to 200 amps. Apart from the fact that the bluetooth app doesnt work properly and the settings cannot be changed, it kinda works. Where it gets worse is the cells.. they sold me A grade EVE mb31 cells, and I found out one cell (which ruins the whole pack) is pretty bad, so I cannot use about 10% of the capacity of the entire battery pack as it's in series. I've asked customer service to fix it but customer service doesnt respond at all, doesnt seem to exist. Would NOT recommend. I'll buy a spare cell and a new BMS and will fix it, but that wasn't the idea when I set out to build this one.
