Adequate but not up to date
JDR is adequate for those who have zero knowledge of working online. However, the management should totally update the websites because sites such as Elance and ODesk has already combined as UpWork, but in the guide it is still stated as 2 separate browsers. It's quite misleading. It is not easy to bid for a job because you're competing with international members, what JDR can do is actually provide some insights of how to prepare proposals, or maybe some examples so as users we know what is expected from a proposal, instead of asking members to google cer.. google.. If I can google everything, I would not have purchased this guide, right?? Yea, all in all, it is good if you have 0 knowledge of working online because it teaches you the basics. And if you are looking forward to receiving an email that updates the job, I've been disappointed coz I have not received even 1. So, If you know the basics of computing, I will actually just suggest you signing up yourself in those websites.
