Good Phone REALLY BAD after sales support
I purchased the Umi Super at a reasonable price but the software is well and truely below expectations!!! They have released two OTA updates but they make the phone worse then ever. TOTAL FAIL. THe last was on 8th August with the following issues: 1. Camera very slow to focus 2. Touch screen unresponsive It has been a MONTH and we hear nothing to fix these issues, just releasing two more new phones, will they support these phone??? HMMM i dont think so!!! If you want us to buy your new releases you must support a phone that is only 3 months old, fix and show that you care for your customers. Peter
