Owning this software has been very trying. I enter my license and it says I'm registered. The next time I open the app, the program tells me it's a trial and I need to buy a license and register. I've done that 6 times now, and nothing changes. They don't reply to their support after leaving a request. If you like a company who takes care of their customers, don't buy from Wondershare. I have a number of their products and the same thing happens with all of them. I stand by what I wrote Wondershare has replied saying I'm doing something wrong. I am not. I purchased the section of their programing that allows me to add songs & audio books to my iPod classic when it's connected. It works find, when, it doesn't tell me I am in trial mode. The problem, no matter, how many times I register it, the program reverts to trial mode, the next time I use it. I only use the one feature of the programing, which I paid for, I don't use any other section. I own only one P.C. and an iPod Classic. I don't own a smart phone and would never own such an item. I have an email from Wondershare admitting they sent an invalid license when I bought the program and they issued a new license which I entered and it worked and still does. They don't seem to understand, the license de-registers itself and reverts to a trial mode. That's a waste of my time and needless hassle to the consumer, once I register as long as I'm on my same PC it should work. I don't care what their problem is. I'm adding this here because it is impossible to contact Wondershare and even their reply had no way to contact them. They no nothing about customer service and provide no way to contact them. You keep asking for my Contact Email. You have it, I sent you the purchase reference number, my email has not changed. You say 30 days, that's the problem, I had to sign in 2 days ago and again yesterday. That's a short 30 days on my calendar.
