Result after AirFrance refused to communicate
We tried with AirFrsnce direct and gave up. Dragging their feet, false claims and then no response at all. EUR 1200 in our case is enough to fight for. The AirFrance arrogance was unbelievable. Anyhow - Flightright was recommended. Boom! Hardly 4 weeks and money on its way. Reduced to EUR 860 but fair for the result. Super good communication. Easy to understand process. Highly recommended!
