Complete rip off merchants
Just arrived in our Hotel in Berlin I booked for my husbands birthday and our wedding anniversary we fully paid in December and when we arrived we found our booking had been cancelled in July. It is Sunday evening I am distraught we have just had to now pay €160 for one night and will have to find somewhere cheaper for the next two nights everything completely ruined!!
