Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I’ve purchased a flower bed from a seller at DHgate called (reliefstore), they didn’t have enough common sense to know the item wouldn’t get passed customs “not my problem” anyway, the item never made it to me. Mind you, I was also taking chemo while trying to get my refund from this thief. Still till this day, it has been back and forth because they refuse to refund me back my $70 dollars! This all started back in June 2025. We’re going into May 2026, still they are going back and forth because they don’t want to refund or let me even get an exchange for something else. My Bank made note of their Bank, there’s a huge investigation over their repeated theft. Just make sure you stay away from seller “reliefstore” don’t say I didn’t warn you!
