I needed help with an order I placed, so I contacted support through email. I got the normal auto reply first, and thought, "okay, I just have to wait a day or two and if nobody contacts me, I'll have to try again" but nope. Within a few minutes, at least within 30 minutes, I got a reply from a real person, who helped me with my issue immediately. Very friendly and helpful, and now I'm just waiting for my order to arrive. I can't speak to any other type of customer support scenario, but for my issue early on in the process, it's been amazing.
