I received the item, but customer support is very bad.
I bought a Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro on 20th of August 2016 at a very good price. I'm located in France. It was delivered at time, in good shape. But... 1. The installed ROM was a non-official ROM (in addition, it was impossible to get the official OTA updates with it). 2. On top of that the bootloader wasn't unlocked contrary to what they pretend in the product description (Q&A section). 3. I had to contact Xiaomi developers team, and waited one week in order to get the MIUI unlock code, in order to be able to flash an official ROM (for security purpose). 4. On top of that Tinydeal didn't deliver me the proper socket connector for the charger, though I did EXPLICITLY detail during the checkout which socket connector is used in France. 5. I have contacted the Tinydeal customer support, sending a picture of all the items found in the package. They did quickly answer, saying they did send the good adapter and charger, and asking me to send a video to show the problem... ???. Then I did contact them again 3 times, but they never answered again. Finally, after having posted a review here on TrustPilot, and after many more requests to the customer support, they solved my request on 7th of October 2016, but this costed me a lot of efforts and patience. After my bad experience with Tinydeal, I decided to review the product on Tinydeal. I gave the product a very good note (4 or 5 stars), but did rate the Tinydeal service to 3 stars. I explained why in the comment. Curiously, the review has never been published (and the review functionality has been blocked on my account for this product). Then I realized how they managed to have so many good reviews... only the 4 and 5 stars reviews are published on their website, which is a practice to cheat/mislead customers. Then I decided to publish my comments in the Questions & Answers sections to warn future customers. My comments were published, but were removed 1 day later... 2 times... Not fair.
