Can't activate PDFelement Pro for Mac (IS) no matter what I do!
Can't activate PDFelement Pro for Mac(IS) After multiple emails submitted (that don't even show-up on their ticketing system) I'm unable to activate your software as its always returning an error of timeout. This happens inside their web-services as the response is an http 200 with a xml stating network timeout (guess their systems are all broken). And for a reply....I got a canned response asking if I had internet...lol...guess I mailed in the ticket through the famous USPS snail mail.
