Gimic? Maybe not.
This business customizes skincare products to you and I have to say I like the streamlined approach. I enjoy a scented product and this are mildly scented, well made, and respond well on my skin. The packaging is less great: hard to read labels and the tall bottles fall over very easily. I also run out of cleanser before anything else. But I really like the product itself and that there are only three items: cleanser, day moisturizer with SPF (essential) and night time moisturizer.

Great shoes-suspect company
I have many pairs of these shoes and love them but customer service is indeed terrible. Everything I order comes from China and takes forever. That said, recently I ordered a new style and they sent me the wrong size. As soon as I figured out that they were sending be a 5 instead of 7.5 I wrote them but it was too late. I ordered a 7.5 and now both arrived weeks later. I have to return the 5 and am hoping that it will not be a nightmare. Let's see. The other reviews are not positive.
However, if you get the right size, they are wonderful and great for problem feet.
