This is my second Growatt same Make and Model,first one failed in first 60 days, they backed it.. then it ran for 2 yr and 6 months, then it Failed again. out of warranty.. I purchased a second of same make and model as a backup since I am OFF Grid. Have to have Solar controller for home power.. Installed Feb 2024, it Failed Oct 3, and I am still waiting on Growatt of Resolve the Failure and the group I was working with., told me to move to after sales in another country.. Now over two months with no Solar power, off grid, not able to make coffe or toast.. I contacted the After Sales Mgr via Email that was given. No Reply as well the associated Technical team, still after 5 days of sending contact NO Response.. Never Again.. Never Recommend Growatt. They may have descent product, but the Service, customer Service is Poor, Extreamely Poor.
