First time buying, will be my last
I’ve had a really disappointing experience ordering from BOSTON PROPER. It was my first time ordering, and the dress was cut very differently than the picture depicted. Upon requesting a return, I learned that they do not return shipping fees. OK no big deal, but then you also get DINGED with a fee to return something that doesn’t work. They sent me a QR code that did not work in the FedEx store. 40 minutes later, and three QR codes later, we finally had to try to print the label. We finally got it done and then I came home to a delivery of the same dress again!I then had to package it and go back to the FedEx store and go through the inconvenience of returning a dress I did not order. Again, I was charged for shipping and then I was charged again at the FedEx store to package so not only was the dress misrepresented on the site, but the hassle of returning it was time-consuming and costly
