I gave a bad review on 5 tv remotes because non of them worked, but I found out that I ordered remotes for a Phillips tv not a Samsung. My apologies to TVCMALL, They are a stand up company and did their best to correct the problem.

I ordered 5 TV remote controls.
I ordered 5 TV remote controls and tried all 5, put new batteries in 3 different times and could not get one remote to work. .............Turns out it was my problem, I ordered the wrong remotes. TVCMALL has quality products and great customer service.
