Worst online shopping experience ever
I was looking to buy a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 smartphone and was looking into some resellers and came upon TinyDeal.com in the video of Mrwhosetheboss on YouTube while he was reviewing this phone.I saw that they had reasonable prices and also a support which will help you make decisions before and after your purchase of an item.It all seemed legit , I even got a tracking number and an email from them promising that they will be updating me on the shipment.Of course , that never happened.The delivery should have taken about 30 days , but for me it took over 2 months and still no sign of the package ever coming , so I was sure that it won't be delivered.I contacted their support and they were just trying to stretch it out as much as they could so that I cannot start a dispute on PayPal ( Thank God for PayPal ). They weren't updating me so I was pretty angry and started a dispute and then a claim.Long story short , got my money back after starting a claim. Conclusion : Awful customer service , worst excuses in that I've heard in my life . Gonna avoid this company in a wide angle in the future. STAY AWAY
