A bitter pill
I bought one of their tablets from their eBay store, and I was happy with it, but it wasn't as described which meant I had to return it. I got a full refund, after I got eBay involved, however my problems started while trying to return their item. They were meant to provide me with the return postage, but used the covid 19 situation as an excuse for not being able to buy a postage label in the UK, which is crazy, when I can purchase postage anywhere in the world. I agreed to pay the postage and they assured me they would refund me, well it's June now and they got their item in the middle of May and I am still waiting. I am fed up of emailing them, it takes them 24hrs to reply to a question, and because they only answer one question every 24hrs means it's dragged on for ages, this whole process actually started in April. They responded quick when I got eBay involved and again when I gave them negative feed back. You only know how good a company is when you have a problem, based on my experience, this company is rubbish, stay away from them.
