Order number DP70191 will not buy again
DP70191 ordered item didn't know was coming through China. Item ordered on 25 of Nov 2025 I did recived item but item was too small. I would of like to return it and have a refund but you have to jump throu hoops they did offer me to have a larger 1 and could keep old 1 but I had to pay for delivery. There is no way to return item on website you have to get in touch by email and wait ages for reply. I don't want to send anymore money to get a new one I would just like to return somthink and get a refund so now I'm 52 pounds down. Will not order again from company wished I looked at reviews before ordering. Update Antoine got in touch and help out with this product he sent new 1 with no paying for posting it has arrived so thanks to Antoine for the help
