Prolighting is an actual company, and not just a web site like some of the other lighting sites that pop up. Before placing our order, I did my due diligence bc I had a bad experience with another "company", which had no customer support and no reliable, timely shipping service. It turned out to be not much more than a web site. I guess that is buyer beware. Prolighting has a staff that responds when you call, and responded to emails when we had questions. Shipments were fast and correct. This is a registered company, with a long history of verified customer success.
