No items & no shipping confirmation
Checked the Trustpilot rating first because FB doesn't always give ads for above-board companies. I should have read a few more negative reviews. I ordered mid October. And eventually wondered what was up because everything I've ordered from abroad since has arrived and I've yet to receive an order shipped mail. Order page says: We've confirmed your order preparing for shipment Which sounds like it's not shipped yet. Decided to click the order tracker, maybe they just hadn't updated that page. But there it says the package not only was shipped but also sent back because I never picked it up. I was thrown because: a) The first delivery attempt, someone was home the WHOLE day. And I was home at the time of the 2nd attempt (literally in the stairwell on a call, so no way I'd have missed someone coming by to knock on my door) And b) I received ZERO mails about an incoming delivery, nor failed delivery being sent to a pick up. I threw this to the CS chat and I'm hoping to get a response soon because I paid money and I'd like my items. Though considering the poor quality/rip off reviews, I'm hesitant about that now. But oh boy, just in case it was a me issue, I checked my mail. Inbox and spam and bin. Nothing from the period of the delivery. So I downloaded the delivery service app and funnily enough they show previous packages. Not a single thing from this company is in there. Which now has me thinking that for some people they absolutely send the items. But for others, it seems to be a scam where they hope people forget theyre missing a delivery? Idk The 'delivery tracker' is weird too. It says we missed eachother & it'll be sent to a pick-up point, that *I* requested it be sent to a pick-up place (how does one do that without a delivery email?). Then weirdly the next update is another delivery attempt to me despite the 'pick-up point' instruction. After that, its back to a pick up and then returned to sender days later because I failed to collect. Funny enough, I paid €3 extra for a Worry Free purchase 🤷🏽♀️ Edit: They're (re-)sending it for free, so there's that. But no explanation as to why DHL doesn't show the previous attempt. Will edit once it arrives. Will update once
