Unacceptable Outcome
I order an Undertale Papyrus costume for my son. Do not order if you plan to wear to an event or for Halloween. You cannot see out of this costume! Response from retailer: "We are sorry. This version really could not walk in the head. We will develop the one which can walk while you wear the head after this busy season." What is the point if you can't see??? I guess the expectation is you will stand in the corner all night and if you did, you would simply suffocate since it is not breathable either. Costume also didn't fit. Ordered a men's medium and the sutie was too small to fit a 12 year old with size 6 feet. While i was told i could return for a refund, I ordered August 11th and received Sept 29th. No time to get another so I will need to take to a local seamstress to fix and try to buy a skeleton costume for underneath.
