Slightly damaged in shipping
I ordered a chopping board shelf insert for a bakers rack. The whole experience with the ordering and receiving was basically good and stress free. My only issue is that my board came a little damaged. There were some small dents in the wood and one kind of gouge on one edge.since this board was $170 I was surprised to see that it was shipped in just a cardboard box with a small piece of styrofoam at either end. I think even just wrapping the whole board in some bubble wrap could have averted this issue. I won’t be using this in a food prep capacity so I no need to return the product but just something to be aware of.
