I ordered 4 items from them on Ebay and only 3 showed up. They were a huge pain in the ass to get my money back for the item that they didn't ship because their customer service was too busy circle jerking. They responded to an ebay dispute that all 4 items had been delivered. I had to fight to get the money back I was rightfully owned because none of their customer service could be bothered to check the error in their inventory system. I had to threaten them to get my money back. Then I returned an item to them and they won't refund me. I had to file a paypal dispute and they "offered" less than 1/3 the full value of the item. I am preparing to file a police report and will go to small claims court to get my money back. I've never had to do this before with any other company.
