Not Worth The Gamble
This site isn't worth the Gamble for your hard earned money. I have spent thousands of dollars on Gift Cards from Raise/GCX but not anymore. Back a few years ago I bought Gift Cards from them and when I tried to use them and they failed I had a number to call and speak with a live person about this. In the beginning they had a 90-day guarantee but changed it to a full year. I had no problem getting my money back if a card failed to work. Most recently I bought a Moe’s Southwest Grill eGift Card back in May of 2025. I didn’t try to use it until December and it wouldn’t work. I thought, no problem Raise/GCX will make it good. They didn’t!!! I paid $80 for a $100 card. After trying to call them on the 3 different numbers I had for them in my phone I found they were all disconnected. I had to resort to the internet to place a claim. At first, I was told this: “Your refund request regarding the Moe's Southwest Grill® gift card has been pre-approved pending a balance check.” Then I was informed that my order falls outside of our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee period and we’re unable to issue a refund or provide a replacement card. I think they have operated in bad faith by changing their Money-Back Guarantee period and I would not recommend you purchase any gift cards from this company.
