Not even started the program & they attempted to get more money..
Just got a plan for 4 weeks, and although I haven't started to explore the program yet, I want to make users aware that the money-grabbing practice of this company is real, with some unethical UX practices. Once you get the plan, they will offer you add-ons, which are like unsolicited upsells. The UI is not super clear (with all the cognitive load), and with the big button to proceed, it's easy to tap it to just go to the product you got, and as a result, get charged again. My bank luckily froze my card and blocked the transaction, so I avoided paying an extra 50€ for it. A few min later, they tried again to grab 1€ (I don't know why). So, I'm sorry, but this is not correct, and don't act as if you don't know what you are doing. This is an unethical UX practice, where it's easy to blame users for "not paying attention" to what they see.
