Not what I expected
I ordered a small filing cabinet two months ago. It was not made clear on the site just how long it would take to arrive. When I queried the delivery date I was told it was due in port on 18 August. It finally arrived today, and while I had expected to do a little assembly, it needs totally putting together from scratch, much like the IKEA one I bought it to replace. If I had paid half the price I would have thought a bit of assembly was OK, for £165 for a small item I would have expected it to ship completed. Please make it clear what you are actually selling - I am so disappointed.
