Help Team was great! I had what I was sure was a simple question - I was confused about adding Luminar Neo to a new computer if I already had it on two PC's that I had purchased seats for. Professional, polite, and very prompt response and explantion. I couldn't have asked for better support. I was contacted in about 15 minutes after I submitted my question with a the answer.
