REALLY BAD ! DON'T TRUST THEM.
Ordered a Widowmaker cosplay and waited over a month. First off, their costumer service SUCKS! No or small replys like 'ok' or 'that's not our problem' , auto answers and no solutions. They send me A RIPPED, ODD SIZE, STAINED, BROKEN AND SMELLING COSPLAY. I payed over 150USD in the end due to extra taxes THAT THEY PROMISED WOULDN'T HAPPEN. I contacted them on MAIL,FACEBOOK,PHONE and CHAT -NO SOLUTIONS. Talked to my bank and they refunded me after my bank contacted them. THEY SAID I WAS TOO FAT TO COSPLAY IN A BODYSUIT AND THEY REFUSED TO MAKE A DRESS FOR MY GUY FRIEND - CUZ HE WAS A MALE.
