Name change CHARGES SCAM! - Avoid HK Express
If your passport details do not match your booking EXACTLY they will charge you $350. Their website only allows two first names to be input - I have three. Impossible to add this - I tried. Supervisor at check in happily told me he had already charged 15 other people the extra penalty fee on my flight, and if I didn’t pay he would not allow me to board the aircraft. Check out their Tripadvisor reviews and see how many complaints - absolute SCAM!
