Purchased an M002Pro product in September 2025 and it worked well until March 2026. Fault appeared on power supply. Wrote to Acasis twice with full details of problem and purchase but no reply. Very poor customer service and now faulty product despite 'one year warranty' claim by them. Not recommended. June 2026 Update. Acasis offered to replace faulty item if returned. Shipped to China and replacement duly arrived. Now works and does what it says - a fast ssd memory store plus more USB sockets. Dealing directly with China is tedious and disappointed that they only responded to my problem when I posted here on trust Pilot. Product works well but customer service is hard work.
