Received an email that item wasn’t in stock and order was cancelled despite item still being available online for purchase. Sent an email asking about why the item was still available online and never received a reply back.

Beautiful clock but VERY fragile

Clock is beautiful however both ends of the arms were bent though straight out of the packaging. I was able to gently straighten them out but there is still a slight bend to it. Only noticing if you know it’s there but they could benefit from better packaging.
