I found the ordering process tricky, points that can only be used on some items and smiles only on others - it wasn’t clear but the online support was great and they sorted it all out. I have been taking the weight loss combo for 3 weeks now, I Havnt noticed any change yet (weight or bloating) but I will persevere a bit longer as it is all natural.
