Nightmare support after finding like others problems in connecting in the usa. No auto connection it took 3 days to sort out as each customer service email took 24 hours to respond. I tried another esim and connected with no problem. In usa do not use jetpac despite its value price. No refund offered. Unacceptable customer service!
