worst experience ever. DO NOT ever order from them!!
If I could give zero stars I would.. I ordered three costumes in early October and paid the $35 shipping fee to ensure my children received their costumes for Halloween.. I placed my order and of course they charged my card immediately.. a few weeks later I received an e- mail apologizing that one of the costumes was out of stock.. they were quick to charge me but unfortunately did not know what they had in stock.. well I received one costume 2 days before Halloween and the other two never arrived.. my children were heart broken and besides that fact I am still waiting for a refund. The worse experience ever.. save yourself the heat ache, humiliation, and money.. just find a different company!!!
