I should have seen those reviews first...
I wanted to buy Huawei M3 tablet which was just released. I needed it to be shipped to different country to my friend. They told me that for that i have to pay with Western Union. Safety issues, no problem i did as they asked. Then the fun part started, it's sold out... All models, even though some of the models are still selling on their website as we speak. I wanted to get my money back, but they only offering me TD points... After weeks of mailing i can tell you, their customer service is polite and they're answering your mails, but it's like talking to the great Chinese wall it's all nice and looks pretty but will get you nowhere... As an example, when i first found out that Huawei M3 was sold out, i've asked them when it will be available again. I got three different answers in 2 hours from three people over there. One told me it will take 2 - 3 working days, next one told me it would take up to a month and the last one told me it may never be available again... Today i gave up and send the a list of different items i want to order, but their answer was again: All of the following items are out of stock, please select something else... They all showing as being available and in stock! I still have to find out what to do, it's been almost a month long battle now. It's like they fish out your money and then trying to force you to buy what ever garbage they have left in their stock. They say they have 12 years of experience, well they sure have 12 years of experience stealing people's money... DO NOT BUY THERE! LIARS! They've contacted me after i wrote this review and told me that it will not be available again and offered refund. I've said yes and it went silent! They no longer answering my emails anymore. DO NOT BUY THERE! It's a theft and fraud at its best, nothing else. SCUM! Agreed to change my order, but everything is out of stock! There is literally nothing what i've asked for.... Tried 6 or 7 models of phones, all sold out... I think they're lying right now, or want to cash in and then simply declare bankruptcy or something. DO NOT BUY THERE! SCUM AND THIEFS!!!
