Horrible customer service
I bought ender 5 plus printer and the Sonic pad. I checked multiple times to make sure that the pad is compatible with the printer. Guess what? It is not. It's a £120 paperweight not a pad. By the manual, you probably can make it work, but you need some kind of special wire that you need to buy yourself and you need to open your printer. Thanks. No information about this is on the printer or the sonic pad page. It's not something that a noob like me can do. If I knew about this, I wouldn't bother with both. I contacted the customer service about this, it's been 3 weeks and there's no reply. No by email, messenger or Facebook. Don't bother with them. Even Artillery have a better customer service and after sales. I could read the reviews first, it tells a lot about the company.
