客户在飞机上就喷洒杀虫喷雾
Sprayed like an insect with insecticide before takeoff inside the cabin. Absolutely zero warning on the ticket, zero warning in English, Mandarin was an announcement that occurred as the spray began. People were left coughing and sneezing. I was given a mask 5 minutes after asking. Ended up with a rash for three days. Have a heart condition so cant take that risk again. Was told its regulations. What, to spray people? Its unnecessary and can be done before boarding. Oh this was between its Sydney and Auckland leg. I was told it would also be done on its route back to Sydney. Absolute insanity with no regards for peoples health. And no, the spray is not safe for everyone. My ticket is non refundable- booked through Trip.com and was told its refundable but was shown the policy for the first leg only. Second leg turns out to be non refundable unless I find the time to take myself to a hospital to say Im unfit to fly. Tried to get online customer service directly with China Eastern. Rude staff. Was told to complain to trip.com. The problem is with China Eastern Air and its outdated methods of carrying out sprays. The only reason they didnt get one star was, the staff seemed concerned with my wellbeing and checked in on me when I refused to take my mask off or eat during the poisonous flight. Wont be taking China Eastern ever again and I travel a lot. Will be encouraging everyone I know never to fly them.
