They are the worst
I ordred 3 bags 3 months ago, I didn't receive anything and I contacted them many many times and even in the shipment status it says "Still On Delivery" Everytime I contact them they don't care, sometimes they say go check you post office while the shipment status is still on delivery, sometimes they say we shipped it out and that's it, sometimes they say we need 10 days to investigate and never reply back. I have all the emails and replies from them, and yet they don't care or reply me back anymore. I asked for a full refund to order the bags from somewhere else, they still didn't reply me back. Don't buy from them.
