A complete and utter joke of a company. AVOID!
I ordered a car HiFi from this company BEFORE reading reviews on here and other sites and it's just been an absolute disaster from beginning to end. I decided pretty quickly after the purchase that I wanted to cancel it, and then found to my frustration that the only way to contact them is via a contact form on their site, which they evidently don't check very often as they completely ignored my request and the next thing I knew was that I had an email from DPD saying that it was going to be getting delivered. As soon as I received the item, I sent them a 1st class recorded letter informing that it would be getting returned in 2 days and duly sent it (out of my own pocket) back to them via DPD recorded delivery and they responded by sending me an email with the correct address etc to send it to. I checked the tracking yesterday which was showing that it had been delivered, so I responded to their email. They responded today saying that they had not received it and then had the cheek to say that I would only be getting a 95% refund. I'm taking this to trading standards as this company is an absolute joke. Avoid them at all costs!
