FRAUD
This is a followup on my previous review as i'm tired of TinyDeal treating its customers as idiots. I've made my order (9910068330220002844056) at 19 of October this year. After ordering a Huawei M3 and getting conformation from their customer support that item is available and reserved for me i've made a payment with Western union and their sales agent told me that refund possible. He lied about everything afterwards by the way... I've send them the money. After they got them, all of a sudden that item was sold out, all models. They kept feeding me with falls promises that it will be available again, but later told me i should order something else. I wanted that exact item, but seeing that we're getting nowhere i've decided to change my order.. But no matter which model of or other item i choose, i keep getting the same answer: It's sold out, choose something else. Today a big sale of 11.11 starts, all of the so called sold out items are being advertised on their website as special offers. So, they either scumming other people to buy items they don't have, or lying to me. Today btw i've noticed, that my order still stands are pending, so after getting my money they still didn't changed the order status, so basically mo money can be in the hands of one of their employs for all i know, they aren't showing in their system. So they can be considered as stolen at this stage. Now back to the point again, after asking many times to change it so a certain item of equal value and getting the same reply time after time that those items are sold out. (Btw, just for the sake of it, i've randomly picked items from their shop and asked them to exchange for those and still got the same answer) Today i've asked their sales support which items are available, she answered me this: Dear allidsarebusy ., This is Eleva, the representative of TinyDeal Customer Service. I am happy to assist you further. Thanks for your reply We have cheaper phones in stock You can search for phones with much lower price and we can change to several of them for you If any other question, please reply the email directly, so that we can solve your problem in time. Thanks very much and best regards. :) Truely yours Eleva My initial order was at 365 euro btw so i can get what, 4-6 cheaper phones? Maybe.... Now put all those nice words in your own language here..... They basically holding my money and trying to force me to buy what ever stock they have left of those cheaper phones. So wanting to buy a tablet, they forcing, and it's exactly what they are doing, to spend my money, that they've stolen from me, on several cheaper phones... Have you ever felt like going to buy some apples and they telling you to get the tampons instead,,,, WHY in the world would i buy those phones and what the hell am i going to do with SEVERAL phones...!?!?!??! That's why they're not updating the status of my order as being payed, they simply want to do it around their administration and just ship me what ever garbage they have left over there. I went on some investigation and i can tell you, there are thousands of complains in all languages all over the internet. They are a true SCUM! Not delivering, delivering wrong items, delivering cheap junk instead of mobile phones, holding on as long as they can so you would run out of time for refund with paypal and etc... I really had enough of that scum. I've made a dossier of mails, screenshots and our whole communication and will be contacting police. Don't think that this scum in unreachable.. I will also be mailing the whole story and links to all of those webshop review sites, bloggers, media and other institutions. I don't like when some one threats me as an idiot and steals my money.
