despicable business practices
My experience with this company seems to be similar to most of the reviews on here. My wife purchased a Halloween costume for our daughter; however, she made a mistake and accidentally ordered it twice. Realizing the error, she immediately canceled the second order, but they still only refunded half the cost of the item. Their response was: 'Because we had paid for the advertisement and the fee for staff and any other fee. We hope you can understanding.' I sent a following email, stating that charging a 50% restocking fee (or whatever they want to call it) for an item that was never even shipped out, was not only unethical, but blatant thievery; and their response was: 'We refunded to you already.' And the costume that we did finally receive, was cheap, overpriced garbage. I would certainly not recommend doing business with these people...
