Dissapointing
I was looking forward to receiving these items in preparation for my wedding day in June. Dissapointingly the dress, shoes and £25 hair decoration were crammed into a tiny box. Hair decoration was crushed and looked cheap. The wedding dress was a different size to what I ordered. The wedding shoes were 2 sizes too small. I'm now trying to return the items, and have raised a ticket. Instead of simply sending a returns label and instructions, I've been asked to send multiple photos of the items and details contained in and on the box, as if to prove I've bought the items from them. Really disappointed with this company. If returns was straight forward I would consider exchanging the items for the correct size, but it's put a downer on my wedding plans, so I'm just hoping to get my £300 back and find better service. JJs have just emailed me with refund and exchange options and made life easier, so I've upgraded the star rating to 3.
