5-Star Service from Jack! (Smooth Port-In/Port-Out Process)
I recently contacted Infimobile customer service with several questions regarding the port-in and port-out processes, and I was connected with Jack. Moving a phone number between carriers can often be a confusing and stressful experience, but Jack made it incredibly simple. He was thoroughly knowledgeable, highly professional, and exceptionally patient. He walked me through every step of the process clearly, ensuring I had all the right information and zero doubts about what to expect. It is rare to find a customer support representative who is both efficient and genuinely helpful, but Jack nailed it. Thank you, Jack, for the outstanding service and for making this transition entirely hassle-free! Infimobile has a great asset on their team.
