Brilliant Technical Support
I have had my account for a number of years now and recently changed my ISP from a provider that gives a static WAN IP to one that gives a dynamic WAN IP. This caused me issues of 'no internet' daily. I reached out to technical support and within 30 minutes of each query I had they came back with a response. The tech team were very patient and throughout the day we found a solution! I am full of praise for this provider and their proxy service. I wish they still had the live chat because that was instant, but the email support is great... just not instant!
