Thinking of buying a Thinkware product?
You might be wise to re-think that move. The products may be OK if you don't have an issue occur but be advised Thinkware will wash their hands of any responsibility if you have a problem. I purchased a Thinkware M1 system witch experienced a internal fogging of the camera lens so i first reported it to the dealer i purchased it from and they put me onto Thinkware who then refused to assist as they said it was out of warranty, 12months & 5 days since original purchase. I questioned this refusal only to receive a response that the dealer i bought it through was not a authorised dealer thus no warranty. So be aware Thinkware will likely not support their product or you if you purchase a Thinkware product. My View from a very disappointed purchaser.
