I returned a few items and was shocked to be charged £32 for the return. That's absolutely ridiculous, especially when I could have returned them myself for around £5. The return charge is completely unreasonable and poor value for money. To make matters worse, when I raised the issue with customer support, they didn't even bother responding to my most recent email regarding the postage charges. The lack of communication and poor customer service only added to an already frustrating experience. Because of this, I will not be ordering from this website again. Very disappointing.
