Excellent customer support
I booked hotel with Agoda. It was a prepaid, non-changeable, non-cancellable booking but it was the cheapest rate I could find, cheaper than on the hotel website itself, so I was very happy with the rate. Later, the school of my children unexpectedly scheduled parent-teacher meetings, exactly at the middle of our booked stay. Since the booking was non-changeable and I needed to change the dates I actually thought I lost the money for my booking. But I contacted Agoda customer service anyway. To my delight, they were actually able to change the booking for me without me having to pay extra. I was very impressed by this. I went to the hotel at the new dates after the date change and everything was good. I think Agoda gave me excellent service by allowing me to change the booking dates, even on a non-changeable booking.
