Awful company
Awful company. I ordered a bag, which was advertised as leather. It was not, awful quality. The seller “well you can still use it” not interested. DH gate are awful, Tou can send it back at my own expense, if it goes missing tough. Or we can refund half your money! Absolute scam. Too late Nina, I gave you the opportunity to rectify this complaint and you advised to return the item, at my own cost and if it goes missing, it's my responsibility, or to accept the bag. Your seller was rude and the service you provided was shocking to say the least.
