Decent product - bad customer service
I bought my first DJI product a couple of months ago and while the product in large works fine, some things that I take for granted in a 2016-era video camera (continuous AF while filming) is not working as it should, based on the impression I got from the documentation on their website before purchase. The lack of documentation and escpecially the following interactions with DJI in their website forum, facebook and mail have been really disappointing. It seems like DJI themselves doesn't have a clue as to how their product works. That is, if I even got an answer at all. And when I got an answer(website forum) it was always short handed and bordline rude at times. The replies also gave the impression that they were machine translated to English(from Chinese I presume) which also made the service feel bad. If DJI could solve this I'm certain they'd be able to be a well respected company. But right they have huge customer service issues that they need to fix.
