Item broken and not working
I purchased thru tinydeal.com for the first and last time. I received my item and my transmitter had a broken antenna. So I charged the truck battery and put new batteries in the controller. The truck will only drive a little away then stop. My friend has the same truck and his goes all the way to the end of the block. I have to walk with mine for it to work. I have been in the rc hobby since I was 13 years old am now 35 years old. I have every rc from quadcopters, boats, planes, helis, trucks, cars. I know how to repair and use rc products properly. When you buy something new you should not have to fix it. I was offered a small refund that can't even cover having to get a new transmitter and to file a claim with the shipping company but the package was delivered and the box didn't have a dent in it from shipping so the person who put the controller in the white box it comes in must have broke it while packaging it. So I told them I was not willing to file with shipping company because I believe it isn't there fault. I have now replaced all the electronics with my own money and unless they want to fix my issue I will never recommend shopping with them. No help what so ever. Never had an experience that bad in my life.
