Bought a doll for my daughter's birthday and the one that came is NOTHING like the one I ordered. I wrote to them asking for a refund and sent them photos to which they replied that it is the same doll and can offer me a 10% refund after spending £120! Absolute scammers. £120 for a piece of plastic I can buy in my local toy shop for £5! Do not go near this company whatsoever.
